PSJA Early College High School Golf Player Signs to Oklahoma Panhandle State University
SAN JUAN, TX – PSJA Early College High School (ECHS) athlete Paul Mercado signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his golf career at the collegiate level for Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) on May 30, 2024.
Mercado’s journey to this point has been marked by his unwavering passion for golf and his dedication to his studies. As a student-athlete who attends PSJA Collegiate School of Health Professions for his studies and plays golf for the PSJA ECHS Bears, he has balanced the demands of rigorous academic coursework with the commitment required to excel in sports, embodying the true spirit of PSJA ISD.
OPHSU located in Goodwell, Oklahoma is known for its strong athletic programs and academic excellence. Mercado’s signing is a testament to his talents and potential, opening the door to new opportunities for growth and achievement.
